Before you can begin services, we will meet with you and your pet for a short meet and greet in your home.

During the meet and greet, we will meet your pet, set up your account on our online system, make sure your home and buddy's walking gear are safe, and address any questions you may have. You must have a copy of your keys ready on the day of meet and greet to avoid a pickup charge
